I’m a big believer that anniversary sessions are the BEST way to commemorate another year of marriage! Years from now, you’ll be able to look back at that moment in time and remember exactly where you were in life; buying a home, starting a family, making big job changes, moving across the country… Whatever those big milestones are for you, what better way to celebrate another year of marriage (undoubtedly one of the most beautiful sacraments and lifelong adventures) than by taking time to CAPTURE it!

That’s why I was so excited to have the opportunity to style and photograph these married cuties, who also happen to be some of my very best friends! I have known Sarah since middle school, people! We’re talking embarrassing pop music and getting ready for school dances together kind of friendship. This girl is seriously the best, and an amazing friend who happens to be a real-life Martha Stewart with all her sewing and baking and DIYing! And fun fact – we each started dating our future husbands only weeks apart from one another, so I always know how long her and Keegan have been together! 🙂 Keegan is one lucky man, and is her perfect counter-part. The dynamic between them is so genuine; he makes her laugh like no one else can, and they have a hilarious and flirty back-and-forth that totally brings out their personalities and reminds you of young love! Sarah and Keegan are the definition of best friends, and these images perfectly showcase their love and devotion for one another.

Simply put, this day was so amazing. Cheers to marrying your best friend!
