The Process

1. Booking & Planning

Reach out to me! Once you inquire with a few details of what you're looking for, I'll send you my investment guide with everything you need to know about pricing and package options.

Once everything is booked, I will send you a client questionnaire, as well as the the official Bibury + Row Bridal Guide that details styling tips, how to structure your wedding day timeline, what to prepare for your big day, and much more!

If your wedding package includes an engagement session, we will start to plan all the fun details at this point. You will also receive the Bibury + Row Engagement Session Style Guide to help you prep everything you'll need to look amazing and feel confident at your photo shoot!

2. Engagement Session

If you booked a wedding package that includes an engagement session, this is where the fun begins! We'll work together to find the perfect location and I'll help you finalize any style details you wish - attire, hair, makeup, you name it! I'm here to make sure your session is beautifully styled, so feel free to ask me questions and advice along the way.

On the day of your session, you don't need to worry about a thing. I'm here to coach you through the experience and guide you with natural posing - and no cheesy props. We'll get to know one another and get comfortable working together, and you two will enjoy some stress-free time in front of the camera together!

Step 2 - Bibury + Row Engagement Session

3. Pre-Wedding Consultation

As you're anxiously awaiting your wedding day to arrive, I will be there to help you with timeline coordination (for best lighting and photo opps!), and tips and advice for what to prep for amazing details shots, formal portraits and more.

About two weeks before your big day, we will have a video call to finalize timelines, details and answer any last-minute questions.

Once everything is in place, you can sit back and relax! Your wedding is right around the corner!

4. Wedding Day

It's here, your wedding day!! Today is all about you two. My goal is to make sure your day is as fun, stress-free and beautifully styled as possible. In order to capture the moments as they unfold, you can expect a healthy balance of candid, documentary-style images as well as the composed, romantic portraits you love.

After the cake is cut, the bouquet is tossed, and your uncle has dominated the dance floor, we will part ways for the night and you can dream about all the amazing images you're going to see later!

5. Gallery Delivery

After editing your images, I will send your finished gallery approximately six weeks after your wedding day. Using your beautifully displayed online gallery, you are able to download and share your high-resolution digital files. Your friends and family can even order prints directly from the gallery if they wish.

If you booked a wedding package that includes a "Day After" Bridal session, we would start planning all the fun details for this artistic shoot. You will receive a Bride & Groom Style Guide to help you plan, and we'll start the process all over again!
